Submission of papers 

The proceedings will be published by Balkema (Taylor & Francis Group), including a book of extended two-page abstracts and a CD-ROM containing the full eight-page papers. These documents are due on 15 December 2009. The proceedings will be indexed by EI and ISI.

Acceptance will be notified before 15 February 2010.  

An author is allowed to present a maximum of three papers. 

It is expected that for every accepted paper at least one author is attending ICSA2010 and the respective registration is paid before 31 March 2010. After this deadline the papers without any registration paid will not be added to the proceedings and they will not be included in the program. No refunds will be granted for participants with papers included in the proceedings.

Authors are obliged to sign and return a “Consent to Publish Form”. With submitting a paper for publication the Author agrees to transfer the copyright of his paper to the Publisher, and the Publisher has the right to publish the paper. 

Instructions 

Authors must strictly follow the editorial rules, the format template and the limit of pages.

The extended abstracts, the full papers and the copyright transfer forms  must be submitted in electronic form through the restricted area of ICSA2010 web page. MsWord and PDF files are required.

Two-page extended abstract – Submit a ZIP or RAR file of the MsWord document and the corresponding PDF file. It is not possible to submit directly a MsWord file.

Full eight-page paper – Submit a ZIP or RAR file of the MsWord document and the corresponding PDF file. It is not possible to submit directly a MsWord file.

Copyright transfer form – Submit a ZIP, RAR  or PDF file with the copyright transfer form dully signed.
 

The original of the signed copyright transfer form and a printed copy of the extended abstract and of the full paper as to be send by mail to the conference secretariat:
